These terms apply to purchases from Mama June’s Magic through this website. Please review them before ordering. Orders placed through this website are paid through Square and may be shipped or collected by local pickup.

Products, prices, and orders

We offer Mama June’s Magic Pear Relish and Apple Butter. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Product availability, prices, and descriptions may change for future orders. Your checkout displays product charges, applicable tax, and any shipping charge before you pay.

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your order before payment. Orders are subject to availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled items and any associated charges.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Square through the payment form on this website. The total shown at checkout is charged when payment completes, before shipping or pickup. Mama June’s Magic does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Square processes your payment information under its own privacy notice. A failed or canceled payment does not complete a paid order. For questions about your purchase, a cancellation, or a refund, contact Mama June’s Magic using the details below.

Shipping

Shipping is offered to supported U.S. destinations through USPS Ground Advantage. Enter your shipping recipient’s name and shipping address to calculate the shipping charge, which is shown before payment and collected with your order. Mama June’s Magic packages your jars and purchases postage separately. Customers do not need a shipping account or printer.

Any carrier transit estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. We will ship within any timeframe stated for your order. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing delivery, or damaged package so we can help investigate. Keep damaged packaging and photographs when safe to do so. Do not consume a product from a broken jar, a damaged seal, or a product that appears unsafe.

Your shipping address tells us where to deliver your order. Your billing name and address are used for payment verification and do not replace your shipping recipient or shipping address. Please check both before paying. For pickup orders, the billing address is not a delivery address.

Free local pickup

Local pickup is available in Hillsborough, North Carolina with no shipping charge. Provide your full name, phone number, and email at checkout. We will be in touch when your order is ready and arrange pickup. Please wait for that communication before traveling to collect your order. Pickup is by arrangement; no immediate pickup time is promised.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether the order can still be changed or canceled before fulfillment. If an order has already shipped, contact us for assistance.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a quality concern, contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess damage. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to applicable law. Please contact us before returning any food product; do not send food back without return instructions.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when available. The time for a refund to appear depends on the payment processor and your financial institution. These terms do not limit any refund or other consumer rights provided by law.

Ingredients and food handling

Review the jar’s ingredient label and storage instructions before use. Contact us before purchasing if you have an ingredient or allergy question. Website photographs and serving suggestions do not replace the product label. Follow all label instructions for storage and use.

Website use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information. Site text, branding, and photographs belong to Mama June’s Magic or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing them for commercial use.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but errors or interruptions may occur. Contact us if you notice an error. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Changes do not retroactively change an existing order without your agreement. North Carolina law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections available under other applicable law.
